We started BasisPath with the intent to build a transparent IT consulting and services company that listens to customers, moves their mission forward, and respects their employees. We understand the current culture is changing, and we are at the forefront of that change. With our experience, our ideals and our leadership, we promote IT excellence and transparency in everything we do. The BasisPath team includes seasoned, technical professionals that are highly adept at leading mission-critical engineering projects and taking on key advisory roles on Government programs.
Our employees have held leadership positions throughout their careers that have included CEO, CTO, engineering manager, chief engineer, program test lead, and chief architect.
Our employees are promoted into key leadership positions within their supporting program, as it becomes quickly evident that they know how to effectively communicate and execute mission objectives.

Our engineers are “battle tested and mission ready.” They have been supporting government needs for over 20 years providing a full spectrum of engineering and integration services alongside our mission partners.
